Galilee Homework

In Year 2 homework is set on a Friday and homework books are due in the following Friday.

Homework consists of:

 

Spellings

Spellings are set to learn each week and are assessed every Friday. The children must complete at least one written spelling activity in their book each week, example activities can be found in their homework book.  The spellings for this half term can be found below.

 

Maths

Children should login and play Maths Whizz at least 2 x per week.

 

Reading

The children should be reading at least 5 x per week and this should be recorded in the yellow reading diary. Reading diaries should be kept in your child's book bag and brought to school each day.  We usually check their reading diaries on a Monday.
